Provisioning

Iconnyx guarantees that, providing your line will support the requested speed, your SDSL service will be installed within 15 working days (not including weekends and bank holidays). If we fail to meet this commitment we will refund your connection charge in full.

Enhanced Care

Enhanced Care comes as standard on every SDSL line, with a one working day repair guarantee. If we fail on this commitment we will refund you twice the downtime.
